PCM is a newly developed machine with most sophisticated technology. It dosen't have any transmission gears and there's no need to supply lubricating oil. You can change coil specification just by data input through the key board.
Ultra high speed, slient operation, economic maintenance and lagest bobin capacity are only part of advantages of this machine.
We adopted highly advanced direct driving technology for the ultra high speed of main spindle. The main spindle is high frequency motor spindle itself.
You can set the coiling speed at any level you like.
And except for the bearings or rubber belts, there's no wearing elements. This makes your maintenance task most easy and economical.
